# How to connect your Gmail

> To connect your regular Gmail account, go to the Security section of your Google Account.

To connect your regular Gmail account, go to the [Security](https://myaccount.google.com/security) section of your Google Account. There, make sure to:

* **Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)**

* **Create an App Password**

Use the generated app password to connect your Gmail to Breakcold.

* **Once done, paste the 16-digit app password — and you’re all set!**
